Application Form

Applications can be submitted at any time. You can either collect an application from from us or download it below. Please complete and return to us with a copy of your child's birth certificate or passport.

An e-mail will be sent acknowledging receipt of your application. We aim to contact you again at the beginning of the term before your child is due to start. We do not stipulate how many sessions your child should attend.
