Fees - Early Years Funding

All three and four year olds are entitled to 15 hours of free 'Early Years Education' a week for 38 weeks of the year.

Please remember that your child has to be three at the start of the term to be eligible for funding. If they turn three during the term unfortunately they will not become eligible until the start of the next term.

  • If your child's date of birth is between 1st January and 31st March, they can receive early years funding in the Summer Term (the term which starts after the Easter holiday, which is usually in April).
  • If your child's date of birth is between 1st April and 31st August, they can receive early years funding in the Autumn Term (the term which starts after the long summer holiday, which usually starts in September).
  • If your child's date of birth is between 1st September and 31st December, they can receive early years funding in the Spring Term (the term which starts after the Christmas holiday, which usually starts in January).

15 hours of free 'Early Years Education' a week for 38 weeks of the year is available to eligible two year olds. Please check www.suffolk.gov.uk/two for the eligibility criteria.

Working families of three and four year olds may also be eligible for an additional 15 hours of funding.  Please check www.childcarechoices.gov.uk for the eligibility criteria.

Children can access their entitlement by attending any combination of the sessions we offer, subject to availability.

Fees - Non-funded

If your child is not eligible for funding or they are already accessing their 15 hours you can pay for extra sessions, subject to availability.

Sessions are charged at £13.50 or £27 for a full day.
